Recommended for children 18 months+, and carefully crafted from 100% FSC sustainable solid pine wood and finished in a durable, it is available in five sizes and two child safe water based wax finishes.
Available in a natural or white frame finish, the bed has been inspired by Montessori principles under the belief that by placing a mattress low to or directly on the floor can foster independence, freedom of movement, and self-confidence. This allows young children to enter and exit their beds independently, allowing them to follow their own natural sleep and wake rhythms, and while minimising risk of injury from falls.
Stylish and practical with softly rounded edges and profiling, the bed can be customised with a switchable left/right or centre safety barrier options, as well as raised legs so the bed grows as your child grows. There is also an option to add soft close under-bed drawers and matching bedside tables for ultimate storage solutions.
Quick and easy to assemble and built to British Safety Standards, the bed base is delivered part assembled. All four side panels are supplied fully assembled; dowelled and glued in the workshop to ensure both ease of assembly and the strongest durability possible. While the rest of the base clicks together quickly, thanks to ‘Easy Lock’ fixings allowing secure fixings with one turn of an Allen key, in 20 minutes.
Big and sturdy enough for you to climb in and soothe your child, you can also replace the front barrier panel as they grow with the Transition Day Bed Conversion Kit. Created to last, this allows you to remove the front barrier panel and switch it over for this conversion kit which opens up the front of your bed, day-bed style as your child grows out of the need for railings.
